Our Policy regarding the rescheduling of the festival.

We’re sorry, but we are not able to cancel or refund ticket purchases for postponed events since the tickets themselves are still valid for the new date of the festival.

The reason for our rescheduling of the event was based on an unforeseen natural disaster which has affected thousands of people and organizations, including our festival. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and understand that you may be disappointed or frustrated, as are we, that the plans have changed. We are doing our best to rejuggle all the pieces that go into producing this festival. Please remember that a portion of the proceeds of this event goes towards supporting downtown Apex and helping with Alzheimer’s Research.

The tickets themselves are transferable and you can give them away or sell them to other interested parties. We have done our best to reschedule this event as soon as possible but also with enough time for festival goers to make arrangements to attend or transfer their tickets.

Thank you for your understanding of this unique circumstance.

What time does the festival start?

The festival starts at 2pm, gates open at 1pm with live music on multiple stages and lasts until 11pm. A complete lineup of performers is available here along with a schedule of performances.

How much does it cost?

Admission to the festival is required through General Admission or VIP Ticket Purchases. Advanced General Admission starts at $15.00. All festival attendees must wear approved wrist bands. Children 16 and under are free but still must wear wristbands. Anyone not wearing a festival wristband will be asked to get one.

Is the festival family friendly?

Music lovers of all ages are welcome, but this tends to be an adult focused event. There will be adult beverages for sale throughout the festival area. PLEASE, NO STROLLERS ARE PERMITTED.

Where do I park?

Street parking is available on Salem Street and surrounding the festival area. Parking is also available at the Apex Municipal Building and other city lots. PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. Unauthorized parking will be subject to towing… No Kidding! Click here for a map of the festival.

May I bring a pet?

We love pets but, thousands of people attend the Apex Music Festival every year. It is a crowded environment and not comfortable for pets and for patrons trying to navigate the festival. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.

Will I be searched?

You may be subject to searches of personal belongings.

May I bring my own seating?

The festival is designed to have you walk around and see various acts on one of our 3 stages. There will be seating for VIP Ticket purchasers. We recommend that you take advantage of all the activities going on during the festival. Please be courteous of others and mindful of where you sit or leave your camping chair if you bring one.  Any personal belongings or seats left unattended are subject to confiscation and disposal by the festival organizers, security, EMS or Police.

What if I lose my ticket?

Please Don’t. You will be emailed your pre-sale ticket, so you should have it in your email. But if you do, you can ask at the main ticketing gate. Pre-Sale and “Day Of” purchases will come with a wrist band that you should not take off during the festival.

What about the weather?

The festival will go on, rain or shine, no refunds. (except for severe weather or natural disasters, then we will reschedule). In order to keep the view of the stages open to everyone, NO UMBRELLAS will be permitted. Ponchos are fine.
